NYC has announced plans to create a 7-mile Harlem River Greenway that will stretch from Van Cortlandt Park in Riverdale down to the Randall’s Island Connector in the South Bronx’s Port Morris Neighborhood after 30 years of grassroots, community activism from Bronxites to make this happen.
