The documentary follows two Mexican American debutantes portraying Colonial heroines at an annual pageant for George Washington. Firmes. This is the story of the hardships and triumphs of a group of Mexican immigrants fighting for survival in the Bronx. United by their love for art, culture and Mexican traditions, they have forged strong bonds and formed a solid community. Q&A with subjects of the film following the screening. Thur, Dec. 18, 7:30 PM
Which Way Home. A documentary film that follows unaccompanied child migrants on their journey through Mexico as they try to reach the United States. Panel discussion following the screening.
