Arthur Avenue Gets Recognized As New York City’s REAL Little Italy Again

The yummy deliciousness that is Arthur Avenue was spotlighted again as the only and authentic Little Italy in New York City.

Back in May, Esquire said “Forget Brooklyn! NYC’s Great Neighborhood is in the Bronx.” But we knew that already, right?

Take a video journey with Italian-American rapper G Fella who’s show, G Thing, kicks off tonight on Fuse.

After you’re done, head on over to Hunting For The Very Best and read food lover and writer turned lawyer Dina Di Maio’s entry on Arthur Avenue which she says,

“…the Little Italy of the Bronx, is the only real Italian neighborhood left in NYC.  If you’re looking for an authentic Italian American experience, this is the place to be.”

After I finished reading and watching the video, all I was craving was some good old Italian food.

For a guided tour of Little Italy make sure you get in touch with MCNY Tours which offers the following:

Thursdays – Little Italy Food, Historic Bus Tour

Saturdays – Bronx Little Italy Pizza, Historic Bus Tour

MCNY Tours also offers several other tours so make sure you visit their website and check them out. Tell them Welcome2TheBronx sent ya!

Finally, no visit is complete without sitting down and relaxing while having a few beers at the Bronx Beer Hall! If you haven’t eaten you can also chow down there too!
